From materials incoming to product out-going inspection, we have a fully implemented quality procedure system to ensure each steps in injection manufacturing are controlled, through first article inspection to process capabilities study(PPAP), we guarantee production is stable and correct. All steel/ resin we used is strictly following customers' specification, genuine steel purchased certificates, and property specification of plastic raw materials are always available if customer make request.
Strict quality control means lower re-work rate, lower wastage, higher efficient, shorter delivery term, which is not only beneficial to us, but only to our customers in turn.
